A group of open-minded, multilingual, communicative, and creative individuals led by a Briton & a Croat with the will to meet any challenge. The company is managed by Richard and Tajana Riley. Both travelled extensively in their early professional careers and, having spent 12 years in France, they are both trilingual. Exposure to such a variety of cultures made them quickly appreciate the distinct differences between the peoples of the world. Their open-minded approach, Richard’s combined technical and management know-how (developed while working for world leaders like Bloomberg and SERCo) and Tajana’s management and people skills nurtured during 15+ years of working in management positions and as a business owner, form the foundation of tango as a great service provider.

All staff at tango speak a minimum of two to three languages comfortably and come with life experience abroad to make for a dynamic multilingual team that’s easily tailored to deliver consumer care on a global scale.
