At Tango, we kicked off a pilot project to test out a 4-day work week. Instead of jumping straight in, we eased into it with a 4.5-day work week (36 hours instead of 32) over 8 months.
The goal?
To shift our mindset and iron out any kinks during the trial.
After getting feedback from the Team, the results were great! Everyone loved the idea, there were no major hiccups, and our business partners were on board. With such positive vibes all around, the natural next step is to fully embrace the 4-day work week as our new standard.
It’s all about improving our quality of life and making work even more enjoyable.
