Since we switched to working from home during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, we've seen year after year that it hasn't hurt our productivity or the quality of our work. In fact, it’s been great for our quality of life and has even helped reduce our environmental footprint by cutting down on commuting. All these benefits have made working from home our standard approach.

To give our Team even more flexibility, we've shifted (officially in 2023) to a remote work model, meaning our Team can work from anywhere they like within Croatia. If our Team members prefer a mix of office and remote work, we've got them covered too—we've secured four workstations at our office space on Dolac Square in the very heart of Zagreb. The office is mostly used for training, onboarding, workshops, and meetings, and the size is just right for our needs.
